Web — Tank-Lorry Loading

If the scale won’t connect or you see a “port busy” error, the USB adapter is in a stuck state. Fix it without unplugging the cable:

1. Click Download reset tool below.
2. Double-click RESET-SCALE-PORT.bat, then click Yes on the Windows prompt.
3. Wait about 3 seconds.
4. Come back here and click Connect Scale again.

Uses only built-in Windows tools — nothing is installed.
